The HRS-130 loudspeaker is a higher performance version of the popular HRS-120, which it replaced. Not only have significant improvements been made to the sound quality, but the cabinet has been restyled to give a smoother look, enabling the HRS-130 to blend more easily in to the room. The improved look is enhanced by a new, luxurious high-polish polyester finish, which is available in black or white.

The Unicorn, as its name suggests is a very rare species: a single driver loudspeaker that covers the full audio range. It uses a single carbon fibre DDD driver to cover the full range from 24kHz all the way down to 40Hz. The bass has a speed and smoothness of integration with the rest of the audio range that we have yet to hear bettered. The overall clarity, coherence, timbre, dynamics and finesse the Unicorn provides make it a dream for lovers of vocal, jazz and classical music. It is also capable of surprising rock music fans.
Potentially, the best all around single driver speaker in the market.

Originally introduced in 1992, the Borderland was the first flagship German Physiks model and has since provided the inspiration for the current Unlimited and HRS-130 models. Now in its MK IV form, the Borderland remains the most popular loudspeaker. It combines our unique carbon fibre DDD driver with a downward firing 12–inch woofer and a sophisticated new crossover network. Housed in an extremely rigid octagonal cabinet, it sets impressively high standards for stereo imaging, transparency and musicality.

The product of IO Design’s work is “NAKED,” a skeletonized open baffle loudspeaker design, which comes in two editions. Having owned and listened to some of the world’s best loudspeakers, the working hypothesis of the team was that traditional loudspeakers can’t be improved beyond the limits of their own concept and laws of physics. In order to move forward, they had to reassess everything from zero-basis and think out of the box. As a result, they … took the box out!

The PQS-302 is based on Loreley and is designed to enable the quality of reproduction provided by its much larger stable-mate to be enjoyed in medium-sized rooms. It is an exceptional loudspeaker, producing realistic and detailed three-dimensional stereo imaging, excellent dynamics and of course our trademark fast, deep and well-controlled bass. Naturally it also offers the finesse and transparency that all German Physiks loudspeakers are famous for. It combines these attributes with the ability to produce sound levels up to 112dB.

The Loreley MK III is designed to bring you closer to the “concert experience” that our flagship Gaudi provides, but in a smaller cabinet and at a lower price. Like the Gaudi, the Loreley MK III is capable of reproducing sound levels up to 120dB, which allows live music dynamics to be more realistically reproduced. At the same time it can accurately reproduce the low-level detail and delicate nuances that are the essence of a musical performance.
Price: MSRP $178,000 to $206,000, depending on finish. This loudspeaker operates in active mode only, thus additional amplification may be required.
